How to make payments in B90?
In the club (at the entrance and the bars) you can pay cash and credit card.
NOTE! On 26th September 2019, we dropped our cards.
From 2020 it is no longer available to check your balance, use the funds on the bar and cash out them.
Is it necessary to print a ticket or is it enough to display it on a phone?
Tickets purchased via www.tickets.b90.pl or www.eventim.pl may be displayed in digital form i.e. on smartphone screens. Nevertheless, you need to remember to maximize screen brightness in order to make scanning an identification code easy. If you bought tickets via ticket offices other than above-mentioned you should contact a relevant organizer (usually, organizers are tagged on facebook in the bookmark „organizers” of the relevant event).
What is the difference between a collector`s ticket and a standard one?
The collector`s ticket is a ticket printed on a glossy, coated, laminated paper coupled with original graphic design. It might be also a fantasic gift or a concert keepsake.
How long does it take you to send me a ticket?
We arrange a consignment of tickets twice a week. We are not responsible for the quality of service provided by the Polish Post, but usually you may expect a ticket delivery within 1-2weeks. In case of collector`s tickets purchased right after a concert had been announced the waiting time might take longer for delivery as we need to order the printout of those tickets.
May I return a purchased ticket?
According to Polish legal regulations, a customer does not have the right of withdrawal from the contract as regards tickets purchased for an event with the specified date. Therefore such tickets can not be returned or exchanged.
May a disabled person along with his caregiver come in a concert paying for one ticket?
A concert attendee is supposed to purchased a ticket at a full value in order to take part in the event. Nevertheless, caregivers have right to come in for free.
Is the cloakroom payable?
Yes. E.g. Leaving jackets costs 4 PLN
